Mrs. Kiefer's feedback regarding my son's horrible car wreck was clear, honest, and empathetic, and she was the first attorney I've talked to who didn't say that my son's injuries weren't bad enough to justify their time. I truly appreciate her taking the time to answer all of my questions.
