I worked 30 years before I became disabled. I was on long term disability for a few years and the insurance company decided to stop paying. I talked to a few of the big law firms but when they found out it was a Louisiana case they said they couldnt do it. One of them gave me the number for Toledano and I am glad they did. Reagan is great. He took care of the appeal for me and won it easily.

I didn’t think I would need sn attorney after 10 years on disability but I did. I was out there floating alone and fighting the battle for the wrongful termination of my benefits. I encountered some who wouldn’t look at the case because there wasn’t enough fat on the bone but yet it was my means of survival that was taken from me. I found 3 firms interested in my case. The most important job for an attorney, in my opinion, is to make things happen. Reagan got requests for documents out immediately upon taking my case. He quickly evaluated what took place on my claim prior to the cessation of benefits by The Hartford. I became an injury claim/liability insurance adjuster in 1988, so I thought I understood the claims process. I’ve learned that ERISA cases are different, and thankfully Reagan was there to develop the evidence necessary to win my appeal. I was referred to Reagan by another attorney, who recognized his expertise in this area. I am forever grateful for all the time, energy, and hard-work, that he put into my case. After having suffered without disability income (from a policy I helped pay for), Reagan won my appeal!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Attorney Toledano. After getting severely ill from a post viral condition, in 2019, I was denied my LTD benefits, twice. I researched an ERISA Attorney and (I was already weary on Lawyers in general) found great reviews on him. I was skeptical, as I live in Massachusetts, which is far from New Orleans, but Reagan made the process super easy. The one thing that I like most about Attorney Toledano, is that we work together as a team. He is super personal and empathic.
