“This office can't even respect a client to call them back when decided not to take a case and when contacted, ignored and pushed off to the wife and secretary.”

Failure to deliver on agreed-upon services
“This lawyer takes your money without providing the agreed upon service, doesn't call you back, doesn't email you back. Doesn't do the work that was agreed upon. It's been 8 months and he still has not gotten back in touch with me regarding an engagement letter he was suppose to be revising for me.”
