Seems like a nice guy. My HOA works through him so I'm going through him to pay the $2,000+ for my $375 in HOA fees that I owe to Azalea Lakes Subdivision North off of Jefferson and Hoo Sho Too. He's difficult to get a hold of at times. But when you do get a hold of him he is nice and seems sincere. BTW if you live in Azalea Lakes you better pay your HOA fees on times. My $375 turned into $2,000+. There are some people in there that owe over $5,000 that didn't pay their HOA. They're also suing a man with terminal cancer for not mowing his yard. They've also put a lien on my neighbors house for parking his nice enclosed trailor in a parking space that is behind the shed in the back yard... Moral of this story? Pay your HOA fees on time and old people have nothing to do but be a pain in the ass. At least you get to deal with Mr. Webb. He's an ok guy.
