If you can’t help a single mother who only brings home $200/wk with all kinds of bills to pay then I don’t know who you’re truly helping. I believe I’m not being helped because of the color of my skin.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! THE SECRETARY DOES NOT SAY GOOD MORNING, SHE'S DRY AND TO THE POINT. I HAD TO CHASE HER FOR 3 WEEKS, FOR A CALL BACK. BEFORE I GOT MY CALL BACK, SHE GOT MY INFORMATION WRONG. THE SO CALLED LAWYER FINALLY CALLED ME BACK. AND ASK FOR MY BASIC INFORMATION. SHE DIDNT SEEM EMPATHIC TO MY ISSUE, SHE DIDNT GIVE ME LEGAL ADVICE, LOUISIANA LAW, OR RESOURCES. I FELT SHE JUST ASK FOR MY MAILING ADDRESS, JUST TO SAY NO!!! SHE SAID I MADE TOO MUCH MONEY....HOW IF I'M ON UNEMPLOYMENT ANG GETTING 30 HOURS A WEEKS AS A WAITRESS!? DO NOT GO TO THEM, THEY ARE NOT SYMPATHETIC OR HELPFUL!!!!!

Had to learn the hard way that they are there for assistance. No need to tell them about everybody around you to be able to keep your child when it comes to going to court. Just tell them about yourself and what you can do for that child. I was still able to keep mine home.

Staff took time to help me personally even with corvid going on. Sensitive to my circumstance!

They answered my question they just cant help me till my 6 months seperated is up
