TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE & BERESKO LACKS EMPATHY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL. TRUST ME, THERE ARE WAY BETTER LAWYERS OUT THERE THAT WILL TAKE YOUR CASE & TAKE CARE OF YOUR LEGAL NEEDS. DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME PEOPLE & GOOD LUCK TO WHOEVER DID.

Quick and to the point.

Very little communication with him about what was going on in my wife's case. He said it was confident between him and her but he wouldn't respond to her either and I was the one paying him. She was innocent from the beginning but she still was forced to plead guilty or face a lot bigger sentences. He acted like he didn't really care to much. She spent about a year in ccc and he was supposed to get that time dedicated from what she had to do but he went missing in action. Wouldn't respond or do anything. I was expecting a great lawyer but I could have done better myself. I would not recommend him at all. My wife is still locked up for something she had nothing to do with. Been locked up for 3 years now. The judicial system in Louisiana is the most corrupt system I have ever seen. I am a criminal justice major and I have refused to be apart of that crooked system in Louisiana.

I have used Ronald Miciotto and Peter flowers in the past on separate issues, and just recently used Mr. Mouton. I had a serious moving violation I didn't need on my driving record and he got it down to a non moving violation for a very reasonable price. There were issues with getting it done but he never once asked me for more money he stuck by his word of the flat fee we agreed upon and was very professional through the whole process. I definitely recommend him for any criminal defense issues you wish to resolve. Great attorney. If I could give 10 stars I would.

He was okay, but he didn't have me leaving with much confidence in his abilities. He didn't give me much information, and his retainer fee rose after speaking with him. I spoke with him for about an hour, and after I left I was pretty sure he didn't care either way if I hired him. So since I left feeling like that, I chose against him.

I would like to leave a positive note out here to other parents going thru custody battles or separations/divorces that have children involved. Mr. Beresko and his team have been more than an absolute dream to work with. It has been nothing but a positive experience in our life and our child's life. Divorces, Custodies, etc. can all get out of hand and get dirty, ugly and very negative, very quickly. But with this team, they have always been supportive, encouraging to everyone involved and always helping to find and work thru the best scenario and guess what!!!! All for the benefit of the child involved first and foremost. They have even helped the adults involved to stay and the straight and narrow, keeping tunnel vision on the child. So our family would like to thank you for everything you guys have done for us in the past, the present and possibly even in the future. !!!!! Alton R. Warner II and family!!!

I (tk) believe i couldn't have had a better attorney. He got my case dismissed. Which is exactly want i wanted. If there were 10 stars to rate the Law Office of Edward Mouton he would recieve a 10 star rating.

Review: To say Mr. Beresko and his team are amazing is an understatement. I am thankful for him and all who worked so hard to get me everything I wanted. I am thankful that he took my case even when several attorneys turned me down. It was going to be an uphill battle. They always returned my emails and/or phone calls promptly. Mr. Beresko always made me feel like I was his number one client. He would reassure me that I was a good mom and that I would not lose my kids. I have and will continue to recommend him to all who ask for a divorce/ custody attorney.
