I’ve used Joe on several occasions now and will continue to use him in the future. I have found that he responds quickly and efficiently. His knowledge and experience has helped me immensely. His charges are reasonable.

I have always preferred dealing with solo attorneys rather than a big firm b/c of cost savings and that you're working with only one person and he or she is always up to speed on your case. After my prior attorney died I had interviewed several, but never found one I was happy with; their billing rate was the main issue. Someone mentioned that Joe was doing legal work in addition to teaching. I knew he was a former US Attorney as was my prior attorney and they are the cream of the crop. I had an unexpected situation come up suddenly and Joe jumped right in and wrote me a great letter to send on to the company and they agreed to all of my terms. I have since used him 5 or 6 times and each time has been a great experience. His fees are reasonable and the work is exceptional. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
