Mark worked very hard for my son. Got in felony charge dropped to lessor charge, then probation. Mark really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile talk to young people about consequences. Also did an expungement for another son, on an old charge on his record, that kept him from getting a good job. Great Lawyer!!!!

I was being accused of theft of property by my employer. I contacted Mr Rogers. He made an immediate recommendation. I followed his instructions. Although I did separate my employment, I didn't face any other legal actions thanks to Mr Rogers advise.

I was charged with simple criminal damage to property,don't remember exact date,but was around January of 2010.because the damage was estimated at $5000.00 it became a felony.the value of property was nowhere near that.He took the time to find out the truth and the change was reduced to a misdemeanor. He helped me to get justice or what was fair.

Mark Rogers represented a family member in a criminal case. I am not fond of lawyers as most of them are out to make a deal that is not always in the clients best interest. I am proud to say Mark Rogers does not fall in that category. He is a qualified attorney who will not settle for anything less than his clients best interest. I do not usually recommend legal counsel but Mark is the exception to the rule. I highly recommend him and trust him with any legal matters I would need an attorney for. He is very reasonable in price and well worth the money you spend.

Mark was my husband's public defender, but by his caring attitude, you would've thought he was our own personal attorney. He kept it real with us the entire time and fought the good fight with us. Thanks to him & his great work, the jury unanimously found my husband NOT guilty!!

After what has seemed a nightmare and a long hiatus, I decided to reach out again for another attorney to help my husband adopt my girls. Mr. Rogers responded and set us an appointment. We went in and he handled everything right in his office for a very reasonable fee. He was very professional and eased our worries. We had a great time talking with him and joking around and what should have been an emotional time (not to say I didn't cry a few times) turned into a great meeting with kindness, understanding and a light air. We left feeling confident in our case and assured of his commitment to see this through. We've had our fair share of lawyers going through divorces and custody issues and we're weary. Mr. Rogers definitely gave us the impression not all attorneys are terrible.

I hired Mark to help me on a case with my son and he was upfront and honest told me the good the bad and the ugly was very professional and very easy to work with. His rates are reasonable. His investigation is very thorough and make sure you understand all the legalities of your case

Mark is an amazing attorney and man. As my public defender, he believed in me and we took our case to trial and won. You won't find a better trial lawyer. He genuinely cares about people and not just the case. Best of the Best!
