Lack of empathy and focus on personal needs
“They do not care about you at all. All they care about is the will you possess from a loved one as long as it's 'in Louisiana'. anything else outside of that, they slam the door in your face and hang the phone up on you. I do not recommend these people unless you have a 'will of Louisiana' that they grab out of your hand. They don't care about your feelings and about anything else you need help with because they're also too busy taking care of other people to line their pockets.”
