Toye is a force to be reconed with, he showed me why he is one of the best in the state! His knowledge, care, concern, tenacity, physical fitness and being forthright, shines through while he steps in the court. If you think that the cops and state have done you dirty, this is your man. I highly recommend Toye to anyone who needs a G.O.A.T. He is the real deal.

Poor communication. You have to constantly call, they will not call you. Ted Dillworth & his receptionist Jen are super moody. Good luck if you get those two! I’m sure the others may be more pleasant to work with.

I had a great experience with Toye representing on a case. After having trouble with lawyers not taking my case seriously I sought his counsel. I was very happy and he made me hopeful that we could get the resolution that I wanted. I was grateful for what he did and highly recommend him.

Had the unfortunate experience of working with Toye on an eviction case. He was dismissive, rude, and horrible with communication. I sent emails and left messages that were never returned. When you're facing criminal charges that could uproot your life and you are appointed an attorney, low expectations are pretty much a given- as the mainstream portrayal of court appointed attorneys isn't exactly a reassuring view. The stress and worry of the pending tiral may feel just as bad as sitting in a jail cell. However, Toye Akinjiola crushed every low expectation. This man seems to never cease being mindful of the views and worries of his client. He is concerned for his client's rights and considerate to all circumstances involved. He tries his best to initially get to know a bit about you personally, as well as expounding on any factors surrounding the case. He does this in order to then go confidently vouch for you and fight for your best possible outcome. The most noteworthy point about him that I want to convey is that he seemed to be very well known and liked in the courthouse despite him being relatively younger and early in his career. That is, in my understanding, a solid proof that he is beyond ambitious and resourceful. If you won't be scared off by his ferocity, then I definitely recommend you go ahead and let him help you! Dionne Law was recommended to our company by another attorney to assist us with a client non-payment situation. We are so grateful for that recommendation. Jason is professional and sets clear expectational boundaries for professionalism from the attorneys representing the other side of the case. This results in less of his time being spent in communication with them over minutiae and emotional opinions. Jason successfully achieved a high percentage of payment on the invoice for quality completed work valued in the multi-thousands, when the client was originally proposing to pay only a tiny portion of what they owed. This resulted in the loss of an acceptable amount as opposed to many thousands. At the end of the day, losses are a part of doing business. We have and will continue to engage Dionne Law going forward for our business legal matters. We have never found anyone better to deal with or as successful in their results while assisting us.
