Mr. Baldacci and his office staff were very professional, patient, attentive and flexible especially when the municipal offices/officers were not helpful and very vague at times. Municipal employees sometimes either gave the wrong instructions verbally, called my son yelling at him on the phone when he was trying to figure out how to handle his situation and just were not as attentive as some of the municipalities office implied they’d be. Mr. Baldacci and his staff were wonderful. I could not say enough wonderful things about them. We were very fortunate to have him on hand.

Joe Baldacci and Gene Sullivan are top notch and they know their caselaw. They personally take an interest in your case and are very thorough in their legal research. They not only know their way in and around a court room but before you even get to court they’ll go over all your options, best and worst case scenarios. I hired Mr Sullivan for two things, (1) a small claims issue with a bad construction subcontractor who stole my down payment and (2) a protective order involving cyberstalking. These were diverse needs but Mr Sullivan was able to give me a plethora of case law/procedural research to advise me on my cases. Mr Baldacci also refunded some of my retainer (rare for a lawyer to do that) when we agreed that some of the services I hired them for were not needed. Everyone at the firm (including paralegals and assistants) are quick to respond. Would definitely recommend the firm.

Though my case is still ongoing, I am very pleased with the care I have been given. Their interns are very knowledgeable and caring. The more they can do and handle saves you so much money. When it comes down to court or dealing with opposing counsel rest assured you will be taken care of.

Feel like we got bled for $ and told to settle when we shouldn't have, we hadnt gotten any straight answers. I felt he was afraid of conflict, he wasn't on time for things, wasn't really great communicating and wasn't a forward thinker in my opinion with the experience we had. I think he may have been focused on politics or other matters deemed more important to him at the time, who knows but he could've done better I believe and I wouldn't hire him again.

I was represented by Eugene Sullivan for a few different cases, two being family court and one being criminal. From the get go Eugene asked for large amounts of money and then once paid his communication became very rare (prepare to hear from his assistant more often than not, who is also more helpful and understanding of issues than Eugene) Eugene let opposing teams basically bully him and in return, myself. At no point in time did anyone try to be an advocate for me or stand up for me in any of my cases. It was bare minimum at best, and I don’t even think it was the minimum effort most of the time. Email ratios will be 10 to 1, you’ll be notified about things end of day on Friday and most of your questions will either be left unanswered or swept under the rug I did have one encounter with Mr Jeremiah Rancourt and he was beyond helpful and actually did advocate for me. I would exercise caution while considering this law firm as it seem motives lay elsewhere other than justice for their clients.

Friendly and attentive staff

Called to ask about a consultation, the first woman hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking and the second woman adamantly denied I was hung up on despite not being on the call. She was also very rude and argumentative. Would not recommend!

Mr. Bos did not fight for my rights or do his job as an attorney. Prolonged a court case as a result and did more damage in my case than helping.... During the initial consult he acted interested in the case and made me believe my case was going to be represented.... then stepped away from the case as a result of his negligence in trial to represent.... Sat in court and said nothing .... I would have been better off representing myself.... Please just request a different attorney if he is assigned to your case...

Atterney Joe Baldacci, and his staff adocated for me in a very difficult legal matter, that just finished up over a month ago. He worked diligently along side myself, and others, with countless hours to see me though. I am very pleased with his work, and would defiantly hire his law firm again. I highly recommend Joe to fight for whatever legal matter you may be facing.
