When I was served with divorce papers on Valentine’s Day, I knew 2020 was going to be awful. Thankfully, I didn't have to face the divorce process alone. Samantha Baker, Esq. with her strong determination and all the other partners and staff at Gross, Minsky, and Mogul stepped in to help with their time tested experience and wisdom. Although I am heartbroken over the loss of my marriage, I am happy with the terms of the divorce. Samantha went to bat for me to get an agreement on paper that wouldn't screw me and the kids over. AND SHE GOT IT DONE. If you need a good attorney call the office of Gross, Minsky, and Mogul and ask for Samantha Baker.

I appreciated their willingness to arrange everything that needed to be done by mail, fax, email etc so that we could avoid in person meetings during the Covid. they told me that the insurance company might delay making an offer to settle my case because of what was(is) going on but that didn't happen which was really good because I needed the money to pay my bills. Thank you everyone at PTA!

Only dealt with one attorney and he didn't return calls. When you need an attorney and you tell them the story, send the info and get no response it is very stressful. DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE unless you have time to spare.

I read the reviews before I called Mr Thompson and now having just had my case finished up can say the reviews I read were right on the mark. The entire 'team' did so wonderfully and I can't thank them enough.. It was pretty interesting watching Mr. Thompson when he was at my mediation fighting it out with the other attorney. Not something I could even have thought of doing myself, that's for sure!! I would very much recommend them.

I didn't get as much as I was hoping for but understand why. I know they did their best with what they had to work with and worked really hard on my case and I'm very thankful for all that Peter's "team" did for me and my daughter.
