Quite possibly the most brilliant attorney I have ever met! Very knowledgeable in finance, securities and real estate. Excellent rapport with clients and counter-parties, yet a hard-nosed negotiator. Amazing experience on Wall Street and internationally. I was very impressed at how he got some ofour very complex deals done in short order. Many attorneys on Wall Street take forever to understand our unusual real estate businesses, but Matt is a quick-study.
