McCue Law was extremely helpful with my legal matter. The paralegal (Alexis) was compassionate and understanding. Mr. Wholly was patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend McCue Law for any legal matter.

Right or wrong one of the attorneys used his cell phone to do a disability claim. Misspelled words I had to later correct. This is the only thing they did. No hearings were needed. Disability claim was approved a few months later. $6000 was the cost.

Avoid like the plague. Arrogant and talks down to you. When we decided to switch lawyers because he was mishandling the entire thing and dragging his feet he tried to sue us because he expected a settlement and didn’t want to share with the new lawyer. We got billed for him “gathering” evidence that we brought in and handed him. He spent months playing phone tag with the other side and claimed he was always waiting on call backs or couldn’t get them to cooperate. We called ourselves and had stuff faxed over same day so that was a lie. Money grabbing incompetent.

UPDATE. I gave this place one of the worst reviews I've ever written due to lack of help and professionalism I feel I recieved. I am rewriting my review to clarify and retract my poorly written statements previously. I still feel extremely upset about the business but said some hurtful comments to people that were uncalled for. I was called by the owner today and asked to retract my review and while we are working things out I felt I needed to work on my attitude but not let things slide just yet. I wrote that there was no handicapped access, the owner tells me there is in the back. It took the owner or "boss" to tell me that. I was never told there was a ramp while visiting and watched leaving to the car each time. I couldn't fit my Walker in the office is also true. I feel very disrespected by this business in the way my case was handled among other things. I did also get the worst judge apparently but even with that prick I still feel more could have been done or said and much was left for me to handle. Being mentally and physically disabled is very difficult but even more so when nobody takes you seriously. My Christmas present was my my 3rd or 4th disability denial letter that is true and also what sent me into a rage which caused me to write my unprofessional thoughts at the time. I only wish to say how I feel about my case and visit to the property. At this time I'm still very upset and cannot bring myself to let it go. Enter at your own risk is as nice as I can be at this time.
