My husband and I were extremely pleased with the process of updating our wills with Smilie Rogers. We had postponed doing this for a long time. Smilie met with us twice to understand what was important to us and to give us information and options to consider. At our final meeting with the completed documents and for signing, he carefully reviewed and explained everything in the documents before we signed. We both left feeling like we'd absolutely come to the right place and that we have wills that accurately reflect our wishes. I would highly recommend him to anybody either doing their will for the first time or updating an existing one. His professionalism and thoroughness has been very much appreciated and has given us confidence in our final documents.

I absolutely recommend Smilie Rogers to assist with elder law estate planning. Smilie listened to my concerns and current state of affairs through out. Other attorneys I previously engaged never spent the time, hand holding through every step of the process that Smilie did. He was totally compassionate, professional and courteous during the entire process, making himself available to answer all my questions. The office staff assisted, again compassionate with personnel needs.
