Allan Lobozzo ......Where do I start? Quite honestly words dont even do this man justice. The time,effort and price was unbeatable.You will not find a better attorney in the state of Maine. If your reading this review and are looking for an attorney at law look no farther Allen is the answer.

If you need a lawyer hire this guy! He is the best! Got a deal made for me that was considerably better than original offer and got oui charges completely dropped! Outstanding work ethic and very easy to communicate with.

I wasn’t sure if that description and rating was right for me or not but after he accepted my case and defended excellent in superior court in Augusta I was so happy and confident about my choice. Allan Lobozzo is a humble down to earth attorneys who knows how to handle a very hard case. He did excellent job for my case and made me, my family and friends happy. I cant say enough good things about my experience so far with allan after being charged with domestic violence we had a jury trial that allan did tons of research and preparation for he even tried something that the judge had never seen before and liked I was found Not GUILTY thanks to Allan's hard work and dedication if you are facing false charges like I was hire allan he is great to work with and puts forth the effort to ensure the best possible outcome !

I had been arrested and was taken to the Androscoggin County detention center having been charged with one felony and one misdemeanor. A maximum sentence of 10 years in prison if convicted of the felony. I was able to contact my sister while in prison and she immediately found Allan Lobozzo to represent me. He came to the prison and met me. I immediately felt that I was in good hands with his legal council. During my arraignment, he got my bail reduced from $50,000.00 to $5,000.00 and I was able to go out on bail. He kept me up to date on the legal process. He was always honest with me and told me the good and the bad of my situation. He was very professional and confident through the entire process. I was scheduled for a 3 day trial but through his advocating for me, he was able to get me a meeting with the judge and prosecuting attorney. I never expected what happened during that meeting. All charges were going to be dropped against me. No trial was going to take place, no criminal record and no prison time. It was the best case scenario. I would unconditionally recommend Allan Lobozzo for your legal needs.

Tells you to plead guilty, easy 2k and you'll end up with all the foot work. Shop around for more well rounded lawyers. Had not heard from him during the entire deferred disposition nor does he check up, but the most irritating part is when he explains his hourly rate compared to the better deal of $2,000 flat rate not including trial. I learned more from research over hiring Allan. He did nothing.

Alan handled our case extremely well. No one likes to be sued. So when I got served regarding a disgruntled prospective purchaser of my commercial property I was quite upset. I spoke with the real-estates attorney and did not care for his tone. So my wife suggested I contact Alan since she had done business with him several years ago. Best call I ever made. Alan had the lawsuit withdrawn within 3 months and it did not cost me one penny. His fee is very reasonable and my wife and I could not be happier!
