I was searching for a lawyer and came across a few who told me outrageous prices and I wasn’t comfortable with them based upon conversations I had with them. I keep looking and came acrosss Donald he was hands down the best lawyer ever. He beat a drug trafficking case with 7 counts of trafficking. Just when me and my family gave up hope he helped us stay positive and did his best and his best was great. If I ever need another lawyer I will definitely go to him first. He showed he cared about my family and myself. He listened to the cries he didn’t take our frustrations personal. He promised he would help us and that he did! This man is the best lawyer I have ever come across. I got my money worth out of him I actually think I got more than that. He always said it wasn’t about the money it was about bringing my family back together and that he did. There’s no way I can pay him but and I can’t thank him enough but he’s appreciated. I was facing very severe felony charges including multiple class a aggravated trafficking charges, gun charges and a a few others... I believe it was a total of 7 charges all of which were felonies. The trafficking charges alone held a mandatory minimum of 4 years. I had a lawyer that at tre beginning that was not doing anything for me as far as advocating and trying to get me the best possible result. Then I switched to Attorney Hornblower.... best decision I ever made. Not only did he work he’s on my case, he went above and beyond. He met with the DA numerous times to talk about my case, he gathered numerous letters from people on my behalf to give to the DA, he allowed me to call his cell phone on weekends when I absolutely needed to, and he actually cared about making a difference for me. I wasn’t just another case number on his list. Every single case he has is a case that he puts his all into and does everything he possibly can. He ended up getting the trafficking charges that held the mandatory minimum dropped so I was only sentenced to 16 months in and probation when I got out. With good time that’s only a year. For the charges I had.... that deal is an absolute miracle. In addition to his hard work he never failed to give me words of encouragement which meant so much to me. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, Don is the person I’m calling without a doubt.

Poor communication in the beginning everything will sound great once you pay him he's worse than a legal aid. Waste of my time and money I had to have another attorney guide me in the right direction he's not upfront and he procrastinates. You will be disappointed

When I retained Don in regards to a Family Matters and custody case, I ask for his focus to be protecting our children's rights and time with their father. This is never an easy matter to deal with; Don and his assistant Laura were very understanding and helpful with these difficulties. In my case it was almost a year of going in and out of the courts, but through this Don was extremely informative with the steps of the court process and making sure I understood each step we went through. Don has helped me with multiple situations over the last 7 years. An OUI charge and 2 separate custody battles. Now Don is helping me set up a LLC. Don is down to earth and easy to talk to. I've recommend him to several friends and co workers.

Don Hornblower is a fair attorney with a reasonable steadfast approach. He will work to find the facts in your case and present them with diplomacy. A lot of other attorney's will play the intimidation game, especially in family law. Mr. Hornblower is above that, he simply states the facts. Being that my case was sensivtive in nature, emotions where hightend. Mr. Hornblower made it a point to come to my home before court, it is streets away from the court house, on the morning of the hearing. His simple presense quitely reviewing his notes soothed my nerves. Looking back, it was an extremely kind, resolute omnipresence I needed. I found other attorney's will "coach" a client to be who the court or their defense requires. Don finds the true you. Adversely, he will find the true nature of the oposition, most humbly of course. He is strategic and sted fast. A most favorable attorney to have if you are in a high conflict case.

I retained Mr. Hornblower to handle several cases in multiple counties. I must say that Mr. Hornblower got the job done. I had multiple felonies and with current situation I never thought the plea's he got done with my record were possible. He got the job done beyond my expectations.
