What makes Cynthia Arn stand apart from others in her field is her approachability, kindness, and patience. Unlike other attorney's I've hired, she is never condescending, and she treated us with respect throughout the entire immigration/green card process. In addition, Craig Bellgraph, a paralegal at the firm, is outstanding. It was obvious that both Cynthia and Craig are known and well-respected by the US Immigration officials in Portland.
