Tiffany is an amazing lawyer I hired a mediator in Portland that could have cared less about what I had to say and ghosted us and took our money with no remorse. I called Tiffany and she was happy to take on my case she made me feel like my problems were not as big as I thought and after my free consultation I knew I was going to hire her she doesn’t beat around the bush and waste your time and money I knew she was the perfect lawyer when she ended the conversation with “let’s get you divorced” I knew from then on it was going to be a piece of cake. Divorce sucks! It’s sad, infuriating, scary and confusing. Tiffany helped me navigate this process in a way that was direct, professional and reality based. She didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, and helped me do everything possible to not have to go to court. She understands how personal and impactful all this is. The laws in family court are terrible, but she does everything in her power to keep you sane and safe while keeping your family’s needs at the core. I hope I never need to see her again! But if I ever need representation in family court again, it will be with Tiffany.

From my first phone conversation with Tiffany I knew I was going to hire her. She is straight to the point and absolutely amazing at her job. It took less than 6 months from the time I hired her for my divorce to be finalized. She was exceptionally helpful since I am stationed overseas and was able to handle everything for me. I an autistic and a mom of autistics. My divorce involved a number of complexities and lasted over 15 months. Attorney Bond was amazing during the whole process. I was able to be very explicit in stating my concerns as an ASD person without her taking any offense. She was patient and thorough at each step. She was direct in telling me what I needed to do and most critically, why. The pros and cons of any point I needed explained were and she was willing to adapt to email, text or calls as needed. If, like me, you are neurodivergent and want an attorney who is not only worth the financial investment, but will save you noteable mental stress, this is who you want on your team.

When I was looking for a lawyer I had no idea what to do, THE most stressful heartbreaking time in my life and I had no clue the next step. Well thank heaven for word of mouth because someone that had used Tiffany in their divorce had highly recommended her services. Tiffany was very easy going, easy to talk to and got the job done! She was there when I needed her and never deterred me from what I was seeking in of my divorce. She listen to me when I had my moments of unease and sadness. Where to start? I first reached out to Tiffany to ask some questions and decide if legal was really required. She was happy to take the call in the middle of dropping her dog off at doggy daycare this instantly let me know she is available for her clients when needed. We discussed things and decided legal representation should not be needed. Thought I was winning there until as many divorces can took a turn. I called her without hesitation she took me on a client. She made things as simple as possible, she filed as quickly as she could as she knew my intentions were to just be done. She never wavered from being honest as I would get frustrated with the stalling (other attorneys part). She never once ignored my feelings/ frustration and anxiousness of what stage we were in. She spoke on my behalf but never once without making sure that is what I wanted. To have her speaking on my behalf I felt comfortable and trusted her the whole way through. She is the reason this chapter closed as quick as it did, she never let up allowing the other party to waste my money or her time. She likes money she will say but she puts your financial situation and wants ahead of her financial gain and did absolutely everything to ensure that my funds were not being wasted on pointless back and fourth items that were not necessary. Tiffany is amazing at what she does, she also will provide you with complimentary entertainment and laughs. It did not feel like I was working with an attorney, but more like having a temporary protective friend that will listen, be brutally honest, and fight for you. While I hope that Tiffany and I will forever move on from our short journey together, if I ever find myself needing a friend like her again she will be my first call. (Tiffany I don’t have intentions of needing a divorce again)

Was chasing down a divorce lawyer (not fun) and Tiffany answered the phone and talked with me for 30 mins, right then. Made me feel much better. Highly recommend.

She was so helpful and knowledgeable, I was so scared when we would have the hearing and she made it easy, I didn’t even have to say a word! She kept me as a client until my child turned 18 and was out of school. She made tons of phone calls to the state and filed so many things I would have been so lost without her. I am so thankful to have had her as my attorney.

I hired her because my ex-wife took my kids away from me for nothing more than a parenting disagreement. This persisted for 8 months before I hired her to help me get my kids back and a proper Arrangement made between me and my ex. She was able to have everything I asked for be on the new agreement as well as a provision to prevent her from doing such things in the future and keep my kids safe. Excellent work.
