Unresponsive and poor communication in some cases
“I contacted this firm on a Monday to seek representation. I did so using the virtual assistant, a live person but unsure if in office. I was told they would have an attorney call me back. On Thursday, after no response, I called and spoke with a receptionist at the office and was assured they would return my call. The following Tuesday, after days of silence, I checked back again. I never received a phone call from anyone.”
