Lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“Unfortunately, he then 'vanished' ... No response to my voice messages or emails. Finally, a few days before my court date and in resopnse to my increasingly panicky emails labelled 'very important' he left me a message that he is currently too busy to represent me.”

Unprofessional business practices
“It should have been a clue that he doesn't have a web site or address or office. Even his aswering machine lacks professionalism: there is just the generic voice from the phone company to leave a message, no mentioning of a name or company.”
