Updated estate documents with Attorney Bedell and her staff. Created a Revocable Trust, and updated wills, power of attorney, and health care directives. Excellent experience all around - Attorney Bedell was very responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in providing guidance and advice on establishing all of the estate documentation, especially the Trust, and following through with funding the Trust. Jessica and Austin were outstanding as well, providing timely responses to email and phone requests as the process developed. Fees were discussed up front, and I feel they were very reasonable and fair for the services we received. Highly recommend Ballou and Bedell. Outstanding service, and very smooth process throughout the entire experience. Would give them six stars if I could.

They prepared a half dozen estate planning documents for my wife and I. We couldn't find any errors in any of the documents provided, outstanding job.

We always heard back very quickly when we had questions and they always let us know they were available for phone appointments if we needed. Everyone was so nice and professional they really made this hard time for us so much easier.
