Property boundary dispute. My neighbor and I have identified that we disagree on the location of one pin. After discussing my deed with the town tax people, I chose to bring this to Mike to get guidance. The very next day Mike got back with me after reviewing for joining deeds I’ve other properly loaners .He then advised me of the rules or should I say laws and what I could do to proceed. Mike’s quick actions and deep interest for the truth impress me and I appreciate his work.

I chose Michael Earner as my attorney because he is a consummate professional and an expert in his field. I’ve been seeking legal advice and representation from Mr. Earner for about 2 years now and it’s safe to say that he’s my man for the future as well. I first reached out to Mike after I had problems with an insurance company not paying for what they should. Within a week we had a plan together and had a letter out to the company explaining why they were wrong and what they needed to do to make it right. They responded about a week later and agreed to make it right. His knowledge of the law and ability to get people to do what is right is awesome. There is nobody I would recommend more.

I was lost when I got into my accident. Everything I worked so hard for was gone and I didn’t have the money to get back on my feet. Michael was a godsend. I asked Mr.Earner for some advice on how to handle a problem that I was having. He not only gave me the advice that I need he went above and beyond and walk hand and hand with me through the whole thing. Michael Earner was a great help to my family when my mother was dying. He was very quick and efficient at helping my parents draw up wills. He was very polite while asking some very difficult questions given the situation that he was put into to help us out quickly in our time of need. Michael is very knowledgeable and was a great asset to us. If I ever need any legal assistance again he we will be the only lawyer that I call.
