I retained Mr. Bolton on Nov 8, 2018 to evaluate my personal financial situation as I prepare for retirement by making a payment of $750.00. One month later I have yet to receive a call back. Repeated attempts to contact him are unsuccessful and expertly deflected by his staff with excuses and promises. Best to avoid this firm.
