We lost our house over this behavior. I spent thousands of dollars and faced hell. Really bad.

The worst. Crooks. But don’t take my word for it, there is a class action suit against them.

Mr Johnson and Lisa were amazing. My father was diagnosed with Altimeters and mom was is rehab learning how to walk again. Mr Johnson understood our circumstances and took ever effort to accommodate my parents. He was so compassionate towards my parents and took extra time with explaining their estate plan. He was flexible with time and conducting meeting via Zoom was very helpful. If you are looking for an estate attorney who is no games and understands your family’s estate needs, someone that is compassionate, and straightforward Mr Johnson is your guy. I’ve recommended several friends to Mr Johnson. Absolutely the best in the Annapolis area.

We had a misunderstanding where we thought our HOA fees were included in our mortgage (as our taxes are) because this is what our realtor had told us, and didn't find out to the contrary until Mr. Neall threatened to put a lien on our property on behalf of the HOA, at which point we paid the entire amount in full, in a lump sum, including their requested penalties/fees. Despite the HOA having ALL of their money and Mr. Neall's office confirming as much, they proceeded in filing suit to take out a lien on our property, so I still have to gather all of our paperwork, take a day off of work, and spend it in court explaining to a judge that I made a mistake AND I ALREADY PAID FOR IT IN FULL, and then go through the petition with the courts to have the soon-to-be dismissed lawsuit expunged from my record because they already had their money and filed a lawsuit anyway. And for what? So they can bill me for that too? Get outta here. Ridiculous. There's needing to collect payment from someone and being a bit abrasive about it, and then, there's, whatever this is... I'm considering filing a grievance with the Maryland Bar.

I have been working with Jason for just under a year and it has been an incredible experience. He is dedicated to his clients, passionate about what he does and incredibly knowledgeable. You will not find someone that is better at listening to what you need/want and then implementing a personalized plan.

Another HOA case gone sour. They’re vultures. My bill went from $2k to over $5k because of their “fees” even after going to court and the judge waiving interests. They’ll find a way to get more money, for sure. In this financial climate, they have noooo heart. They’ll take your last penny and harass you about it until they get it. It’s sad really. Gleneagles knows they’re wrong for going this route before attempting to reach out to the owners of the property. I hope everyone sleeps well knowing the kind of practice they’re working for/hiring. Maybe lawyers are hurting for money the way they go after the lower middle class.
