I was not pleased with the representation of Richard Simmons in my recent court case. In the beginning he was very reassuring about the strength of my case. However, once we went to court he failed to adequately represent me and he failed to address pertinent issues that we reviewed repeatedly during court prep sessions. As a result, I lost my case and was very disappointed. I would NOT recommend Mr. Simmons for any court case.

This place is terrible. All they care about is money. Doesn't matter if you are experiencing financial hardship. They will continue to threaten you with liens and ridiculous attorneys fees. Horrible. There is a special place in hell for Michael S. Neall and the people who work for him.

This firm is the worst. I took them to court and won my case. They did not release the lien from my home. The attorney that represented them told me even though my case was dismissed, that doesn't mean anything. I was advised that they were resting on the lien for the time being and really didn't understand that. If you call, they never return the phone call back. I don't know what law school these attorneys attended, but it seems that I know more than them. Furthermore, I had to get additional advice from other attorneys in reference to my case, and in doing so, I was able to get the result that I needed. This place should be out of business. They are thieves and cannot help with anything. Michael S. Neall is the worst attorney and knows nothing about his work.

Just got a phone call from this number talking about car warranty. This is a scam. Lies.

This firm has some of rudest, most dishonest, and sneaky people I've ever dealt with. They took monthly payments on our account, per an agreement, and still took court action against us claiming they never received the signed agreement. When we called to get information, the legal assistant that I had been working with the whole time refused to acknowledge any of my questions and hung up me. This firm is horrible & disrespectful!
