I don't even know where to begin..is it the lies?is it the HORRIBLE customer service? Or maybe it's the ineptitude...who takes a month and half to send out a correspondence that they supposedly are "sending out that day" every time you call them? Then lie and say they never said that. When you express your concern and how their lack of action is causing you financial harm...their reply? "Whatever!"

For all of the unhappy reviews that's what happens when you owe money. Nobody likes to be taken to court for bills they didn't pay but if you pay your bills you won't end up in court. This firm hands down is the best firm that I have ever been able to work with. They are transparent, they are great for any community Legal collections and I have worked with this firm for over 10 years. I can't speak highly enough about Michael, Valerie, Lora and the rest of the team. Thank you for being the best at what you do!

I've never had this much of a terrible experience with anything in my life- I've never even wrote a review on anything in my life. I wish I could give 0 stars. First of all, "Ron George" should put this on their resume, "I make people's lives miserable for a living because I lack the sense of professionalism to do my job." This sounds immature but this is what I experienced first hand so this is an eye for an eye, per se. I wish I was over reacting, but I actually got mocked for just asking a question. They hang up on you while you're talking. If you get a letter of a bill for thousands of dollars, you'd expect them to give you more information. Anyway, these people add the most ridiculous additional charges with BS reasons. I probably paid at-least $500+ additional fees with no backing up. I understand that their job is collect debt but it is how you go bout doing the work you're hired to do. If you're incompetent, then don't do it. I'm not saying this because I didn't want to pay, because I DID pay the overcharged amounts. Even when I paid the fees, they still found a way to charge me more. If you get a letter from them, I'm so sorry because they are absolutely the worst.

This law office represents my HOA and I am the defendant, I find them to be professional and courteous. I do not have a problem with them calling me back and have found the expertise and competence of their employee Shirley to be very appreciated. Yes, this is a debt collector, but not one to judge or be impatient. I find the firm to do the job they were hired for.

Jason is a valuable resource with regard to elder care law. He has a propensity for understanding his clients' perspectives and fomulating solutions that will work best for them.

No Stars. Micheal S. Neall represented UTZ Management and Jones Valley HOA because we did not get a bill for months 2 years ago and we owed more than we knew. No bill no return phone calls from Utz etc. No Direction. We paid $2,000 plus to get out of the mess and hired a lawyer then whole 9 yards instead of just letting us know what we owe and I would have sent a check. Bottom line is almost 2 years later still no bill from Utz management or the hoa. My husband called Michael S. Neall lawfirm and they owe JOnes valley HOA $30 and they have not mailed it yet. It will be mailed at their convenience. Since the law office owes the hoa our $30 we will not get a bill. We have no idea what we owe and I am sending checks blindly. Do not deal with this company. Very dishonest, unprofessional and not very smart. I am not getting a bill for my HOA fee from Jones Valley HOA because UTZ representation, Michael S. Neall owes $30 to Jones Valley. This is very unprofessional. I hope this review will encourage someone not to deal with this law firm.

Jason is professional, patient, and has a great understanding of special needs estate law. I feel confident that we have created sensible and appropriate solutions. Highly suggest using him for special needs estate planning, he's compassionate and it is easy to talk with him about difficult issues.

Jason Johnson is a very professional, kind and knowledgeable lawyer. He has a vast background with many different experiences; and he really understands elder care. The documents he prepared for me were very thorough and he helped walked me through the process with knowledge, understanding and compassion. He was very supportive and available for any questions I had. Jason is a trustworthy person whom I can't say enough positive things about, very highly recommended!
