Absolutely no sense of urgency, aside from when they're cashing your checks.

Michael S. Neall, all I can say is "STOP STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE BY OVER CHARGING PEOPLE, IF YOU WANT TO BE SUCESSFUL IN YOUR BUSINESS YOU NEED TO PUT STOP TO IT".

This company never answers the phone and it’s frustrating. They owe me money back from my HOA. It’s ridiculous. I left several messages. Sent a fax no reply. Needs to be shut down

Unprofessional, Tardy and lack any sense of urgency

this company will not answer phone ever. You have to leave a message for them to call you back the next business day. When you request information they will tell you to submit a written letter which has to be mailed or faxed. If you fax it they wont call to confirm that they received now will they email you any information regarding your account.

Mr. Simmons provided excellent legal support throughout my case. He was there from the beginning until the conclusion. Employers there don't want to work. I already have 5 days trying to contact someone to get information, but the receptionist Judy put me on hold forever. when i ask her for a supervisor, she put me on hold again, then come back after 15 min and transfer me to a voicemail. Frustrated.

They are crooks that refuse to use email to communicate and demand faxes be sent for any and all correspondence. They never confirm receipt of the fax, nor do they respond to the substance of your request(s). The staff is rude, and will hang up on you when you request information via phone.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! We paid off a small lien on our property and they will not have the lien removed and we have been trying to refinance for a year!!!
