Xander is my attorney and won a difficult battle against my family for my stake in my mother's estate. He has been a friend. A confidante. I will miss working with him on this year long battle.

Drafting this review is an absolute pleasure, given that my experience with this law firm is truly exceptional. Having collaborated with numerous attorneys throughout my career, I can confidently affirm that this firm stands head and shoulders above the rest. The professionalism, attentiveness, and communication exhibited by the team are truly outstanding. My primary interactions are with Alexander Berman, and I must express profound gratitude for his unparalleled level of care, service, and communication. A referral led me to him, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate for the recommendation. Alexander epitomizes exceptional service. Despite residing out of state and never having met him in person, I trust him with anything at this point! For those in search of a top-notch attorney, especially one who goes above and beyond, Alexander should undoubtedly be your choice. It's challenging to find adequate words to encapsulate the remarkable job he does. Working with a reliable attorney can be a rarity, but with Alexander, there is never a need to reach out for updates – he is always on top of everything. A truly remarkable professional.

TLDR; They got the job done, but that was about the extent of what they did. Only person I met in person was the secretary to pickup my check. I got recommended through family connections to Hyatt and Weber, and got my MCC personal injury case assigned to a partner at the firm. Im unsure if my experience is due solely to this specific partner and their assistant or as if this represents the firm as a whole. My experience started with a zoom call, when I was only about 2 weeks out of the hospital, during this zoom there was seemingly quite little concern for how I was doing and how I was feeling, didn’t feel very human, I was quickly told what to do and what not to do and what to send them, this zoom if I had to guess took all of 10-15 minutes. After this, I didn’t hear from them to my memory, at all until I asked about some medical bills I’d been sent, they quickly sent the hospital a “please wait” letter, then after that essentially nothing. They didn’t reach out to me at all until the other party’s insurance accepted to settle. Over a month with no status updates, being completely in the dark about anything was happening in the background, nothing, until I get an email telling me to sign a release of liability form. I then had a few more phone calls and email exchanges and then picked up my check, having never met the partner assigned to my case on their assistant, only momentarily walking in to ask the secretary for my check. Overall they did their job and got the other party to settle for policy limits in an admittedly (in my opinion, with no actual knowledge of what they did because I didn’t hear from them at all) cut and dry case of right of way. Now to the question of, do I feel like I got a service worth $33,484.55? No, at no point did I feel cared about, did I feel like I knew what was going on behind the scenes, at no point did I get to meet my attorney in person or their assistant, let alone any staff at the firm aside from the secretary momentarily to pick up my check. Once again, I will add, I’m completely unsure if this was just my experience with the specific partner I was assigned or if this can represent the whole firm, I would argue to say it was just the partner as I have heard good things about the firm before, and I even got recommended to them and told an attorney friend of mine who I was being represented by and they said I was in good hands. But did I feel I got any sort of outstanding A+ service? No. It was in a matter of words, utilitarian. They got the job done, and that was it. If you’re looking for a firm that simply gets stuff done, I’d say they can do it, but if you’re coming out of a personal injury event, especially one as physically and mentally traumatic as a motorcycle accident, I can’t say from my experience that I’d recommend them.

Hands down best law firm I’ve ever worked with on several occasions the team really works for you and they actually care if you need somebody on your side that you know it’s going to go to battle and the extra mile don’t hesitate Mr. Weber and his staff are wonderful and I owe them a great deal. My gratitude just doesn’t seem to be enough.

Hyatt & Weber I can't stop raving about this firm because, they went above and beyond to get all my information to open a case for me. Nice park for family outing

This was by far one of the worst experiences with a lawyer that i have ever had. They dropped the ball and completely missed a Huge chunk of my Medical expenses. When confronted all they could give me was a secretary claiming no expense was available to pay because they claimed they spoke to one person. Fast forward an extensively long case that was nothing short of a disappointment and I’m stuck with collections. This was brought to their attention several time and each time I received a “ we’re taking care of it”. Extremely disappointed and I will never recommend Hyatt and Weber.
