I have to say after just finishing a very long 2 year, drug out divorce from the other side I was more than Blessed to have Kathleen there by my side the entire way. Yes she’s a very busy woman that knows the laws and what’s important and not important. She won’t waste your time on the fluff or the distractions from the opponents. We dealt with a very overbearing other side and she never wavered me in the wrong direction. Is she human, yes and she deals with so many cases at once. She has a job to do and she does it well. I was always impressed that she could remember my case and how to prepare me for it. I think as an individual fighting for your own case, in my case I was fighting for my kids, that was my personal drive and knew I had to stay focused on my case and give her as much detail as I could that would help her fight for me. Surprisingly though her and her team found out things I hadn’t even known about my husband. Pretty shocking but proof that’s she’s always working diligently even behind the scenes as busy as she is. Personally I think the world of Kathleen as a person because she has shown me compassion and shared parts of her life with me that she may never know have changed my heart. Trust her through the process, that’s why we pay the money we do is because she’s dealt with the law for so long. I can’t say that it’s an easy ride dealing with the courts and a raging ex but ultimately she listened to me and fought with me for my kids and I got what was best for them and they are doing fantastic. Huge thank you to Kathleen and her team for always being there!!!

Kathleen did a great job with my criminal cases. She’s listened to me. And answered my questions. She paid attention to everything I said. And she helped me though the process. If I ever need to hire an attorney again , she will be the first one I call !

I was facing 15 years+ in 2 different places for armed robbery charges. Mrs.k got me 3yrs with probation. They were all ran concurrent. I did 2yrs and 5 months because an extra year from a VOP. The judge for the robbery case told me she would reduce my 3yr sentence after I read a particular book. Well let’s just say after that court date I read the book and she never put the motion in! I felt like she didn’t care and just treated me as a number after it was said in done and I was sitting in jail for extra time I didn’t have to. The positive side I can say is she handled business to get me a decent time due to the circumstances of the case and during a pandemic. If you hire her just be careful she is continuing to fight for you after SHE IS PAID. Because nobody wants to sit in jail LONGER THAN THEY HAVE TO

From the moment I met with Kathleen I felt as if she had my best interest at heart. She put her best effort into my “case” from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the final outcome and could not have asked for better results. She was upfront with what she thought the results of my case could be and she was not wrong. It was absolutely amazing experience to have Mrs Kirchner and her firm handle my case. She was extremely open and available and most importantly Honest. I don’t even know where to begin. I had originally had another lawyer that I felt did not have my best interest at all. So a friend of mine recommended Kathleen Kirchner. From entering her office I felt I was where I needed to be. She gave my little guy toys while we talked and I immediately felt comfortable and she listen to what I had to say. Not only was she personable, but she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire trial. She explain things to me and she stood up for me and fought through it all. I hope I’m never in a situation again to have to use her but I fully recommend her to stand by you if you’re in need of an outstanding lawyer she is definitely the one!
