I have dealt with Sims & Campbell several times. From the very first they considered me a valued person. Helped me by answering questions I had professionally and friendly. This is true of everyone I dealt with at the organization from the person who answered the phone to the lawyers I was working with. They did not care if the questions I asked seemed minor. Every question was important for me to get an answer too in a timely manner. I would recommend this firm to any and everyone.

Victor Lembo has been very helpful in helping us get a deceased person's Will, registered in Maryland and processed in Virginia, He was more than helpful in giving us advice for the probate process, and other things that needed to be taken care of. He then was helpful when a snag developed in getting the Will probated in Virginia by finding a person who previously worked for the firm to verify the signature on the Will.

Mike Lehr and the team did an excellent job ensuring we had a solid estate plan and set us up for success going forward. Great communication and detailed explanations of all aspects of our plan, taking extra time to answer questions, and ensure we were comfortable throughout the process. John Robinson assisted us in dealing with a very stressful and complicated estate situation. He was expedient, professional, and knowledgeable of all the requirements and actions needed in our specific situation to handle two estates and set up and administer a Trust. Michael Lehr and his team at Sims & Campbell Estates and Trusts is exemplary and compassionate. In December 2023, I contacted Michael on behalf of my sister who is recently diagnosed with Primary Progressive Aphasia. Her neurologist recommended that we update her estate documents as soon as possible. Michael immediately worked collaboratively with the legal drafts so that my sister, my husband, her friend and I could review and make changes. He answered all our questions with clear responses. He strove to make any clarifications quickly so we could process our decisions. Michael participated in multiple conversations to make we were all in agreement with changes & recommendations. Since I live in Minnesota and my sister resides in Maryland, Michael expedited a meeting face-to-face in January 2024 to assure us that my Rita had her estate documents signed and ready for us to take care of her. Scott and Lena were witnesses and a notary to support our signing the documents. It is with deep gratitude to Michael Lehr and his team for their compassion and understanding of PPA to support my sister as she struggled to get words out and communicate. Michael worked so conscientiously to assure us all that these documents would help take care of my sister commencing immediately.
