We were referred to Sims and Campbell by our financial advisor to discuss options for establishing an estate plan. Attorney Michael Lehr walked us through the various options ranging from a simple will to revocable Trusts. His explanation of the probate process was simple and easily understood and it was clear that he regarded our needs vice overselling us on an unnecessary and expensive document. After our initial visit, we decided to pursue a Trust for each of us. The team at S&C gathered the required documents and provided a simple checklist for us to work off of. Within a month, they sent out a draft Trust for review. When we signed the Trusts, S&C executed our home deed transfer to the Trust and provided additional documents needed to complete our asset transfers. As the year progressed, we continued to move assets into the Trusts and his team always responded to provide clear instructions for how to proceed. A Trust, Will, and Living Will are a critical part of an asset management plan and S&C is just the team you need for the creation and management of that plan. Their team of attorneys and paralegals make the process as painless and informative as possible. Attorney Michael Lehr and paralegal Breauna Murphy have assisted us on multiple occasions with our questions and recently even finalized the review and notary of an out of state property purchase for inclusion in the Trust. Going with S&C was one of the best asset and life management decisions we have made. Their costs are extremely reasonable considering the services provided. I highly recommend utilizing their services for estate planning needs.

Frank Campbell is everything you did not know you wanted or needed in a lawyer. He is concerned about every detail of your estate plan as if you were his family member. He wants you to have the best possible construct and easiest execution of your documents. His mind goes down every possible scenario; ones about which you have thought and many, many more you did not know to even consider. Frank took numerous hours to help us think about the type of estate plan we wanted and how wanted it executed. It was not always easy, but, Frank asked questions that made us consider and reconsider whom we wanted in various duties and responsibilities. His thoughtfulness and thoroughness compelled us to dig deeper into greater detail precisely how we should allocate assets. We couldn’t be happier with the Frank and the team at Sims & Campbell. Our family had a very favorable experience with Sims and Campbell in setting up an Estate Trust. The Estate owner was surrounded by many strong family opinions.
