Best interest of the child is a sound bite. I hope she can sleep at night because my kids are living with an abusive alcoholic but they have deeper pockets than I do. One star was selected only to submit.

Ms. Bayne is a phenomenal family law attorney! My wife and I have been her clients since 2015 and from the get go she listened and empathized. She is real and transparent; providing the proper strategy and letting you know every course of action along the way. We had very difficult cases, especially our contested adoption case. She went above and beyond for us and she will go above and beyond for you. We really enjoyed our strategy sessions with her where we would lay out different options, analyze the pros and cons, and then make a decision for the best way forward with backup options at the ready. She will also be honest and does not tell you want you want to hear, instead, she tells you the truth even if that truth is inconvenient. She's quick thinking and knows how to push the opposing side. Ms. Bayne is a deeply caring attorney and doesn't just see you as another number. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend her! Christina represented me in a Grandparent Custody case, and I can tell you without a doubt that she knows what she is doing, is very attentive to her Clients, very thorough, and will do what she knows is in the best interest of her Client! There's really nothing else to say about Christina from her favorite client. She is reliable, knowledgeable, honest, ethical, and will tell you up front what to expect before and after court. I went through one of the most difficult times, if not the most difficult time of my life feeling helpless to protect my child as a result of the bitterness of a divorce. After hiring an attorney who thought my divorce would be an easy one, I was referred to Christina to take over my case. She did an excellent job and I could not be more satisfied. It's was nice to have Mrs.Bayne as my attorney. I would recommend her as an attorney to anyone with out a worry. My ex was making things very hard and any time I had a question I would email Mrs. Bayne and I knew no matter the day or time she would respond. If she knew she wouldn't be able to get right back because she was in court she would send me a message letting me know. She is very down to earth and not looking just to take your money but to try and make the process the easiest it can be considering the situation. You may not like all that she will tell you but she is always honest and won't tell you something just to make you feel better. If she believes the court won't be on your side for something she will tell you and will let you decide how to proceed. I'm thankful I found her and if I ever need an attorney again she will be the first person I call. Since my case has been closed I still had a few questions and she was still willing to answer them and help me and not just pawn me off since my case was closed. When I first met Christina, I knew that God had put me in good hands. Christina is a very knowledgeable family law attorney. She helped me through one of the most difficult experiences I had ever faced. She handled my case professionally, making sure that I was prepared for my hearings. Consulted with Ms. Bayne on a divorce matter. She stated that since we did not live together in Maryland, we had to file in Pennsylvania where we did live together. Called Pennsylvania lawyers and they all said she doesn't know what she's talking about -- you have to file in the state in which you reside because your state of residence is where jurisdiction is held. Not going back to this firm.

Christina was an excellent attorney. She was informative, confident and put me at ease over the entire legal process.
