I am extremely grateful for the exceptional legal services provided by Mr. Koslow during my divorce and custody situation. Evan was considerate, professional, and very thorough. He made helped get me through one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do (divorce) and made it as painless as possible. I hope I don't need him again but if you do I'd absolutely recommend him!

Set up a retainer to have a liability waiver written that I had roughly drafted to give them an head start. It took almost 4 months and second phone call to go over again what we discussed. The waivers did however come back to my satisfaction. Getting a call back from here is nearly impossible. The paralegal that works the phone is always rude and impatient. She had given me a list of instructions. I executed, and when they called me back she asked me why I had done what I did. When I referenced her direction, it was somehow circled back to being my fault. I took a few real lousy hits on a state police inspection, so being I had a retainer I wanted to get some advice, maybe burn a hour or two off my retainer. Several calls and 2 emails and I never got a response. I fought the hits with the state police on my own and won, having the infractions turned to notes essentially. A month after that is when I got the call back, and then I was given some homework and asked to write an email summing up the entire interaction. Fast forward a year I write to get the remainder of my balance refunded, and no response. I call the office, and on a work day it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full… I call the cellphone I have leaving a message and no call back. I really did enjoying talking with Mr. Hershon, and I thought he was a great guy, I just don’t know what’s going on with this office, and I can’t make a recommendation to use them and it’s almost worth it not getting the refund to not have to be talked down to by the phone lady again.

Evan helped me through my divorce process. Walking into his office I was very scared and stressed, not knowing what I was getting into. He made the process all very simple for me, and relatively low stress. It was quick and seamless. Thank you, Evan!

Evan is a great lawyer who will always support his clients. He supported me through my long (thanks covid) divorce. If I could give zero stars I would . I used Mr. Koslow for a child custody and support case . At the beginning before any actual court proceedings took place we were in the same page , trying to get my daughter 50/50 of the time since I live 15 minutes away from my daughter and she wanted this as much as I did and still do. Instead, of what we talked about, I was blindsided during the court proceedings to make a deal because my chances of this was “unlikely”. (Obviously if I was told this I wouldn’t have wasted the money ). To make a long story short, I had no other choice to take his recommendation to settle, and to take what was offered. I also had to agree to ultimatums made by opposing counsel, as he said “ the judges would favor them” and “they would get what they wanted anyway”.The child support issue is ongoing, as he and opposing counsel used the wrong wording to be acceptable to the child support agencies. The child support used was also based on my income from overtime. He did nothing to prevent this , and said I can oppose in court, but was unlikely they wouldn't use it. The other party obviously quit her job to make child support more. This term is voluntary impoverishment, which Mr. Koslow never brought up in my defense. He kept saying I’m he’s a best interest attorney, but is not what I experienced. He refused finish the job he was paid to do already without more money and to file correct paperwork with opposing counsel. I also paid for contempt filing , but this was never addressed in court of the other parties indiscretions. I am now trying to work with opposing counsel, ultimately a mess I shouldn’t have to clean up. The only good thing about him is he responded fast. Update- I now have 50/50 of my daughter and child support is being addressed no thanks to Mr. Koslow.

Evan Koslow is the most professional, honest, trustworthy, knowledgable, and no nonsense lawyer I've had the pleasure of retaining. He is truly amazing at what he does. His memory and attention to detail is incredible! He advocates for children (and their best interests) involved in family law cases, and he speaks up for his clients. He is straightforward; and honestly, a lot of people could benefit from that alone -- I sure have! There are so many other amazing qualities that make him an amazing attorney, that you will just have to hire him to see for yourself. I wish I would've hired him from the start, but I am glad that I retained him when I did. THIS is the man, and the attorney, that you should hire for all your family law needs!! You will be glad that you did...I am!

Worst Lawyer in the business. No one can lie to your face better then Ed. Took my $1800.00 then told me ten lies , and now nothing. Do not use this guy for anything.

Denied for a MD wear and carry permit? Call Mr. Hershon fast! (You only get 10 days to request a review!) My MD wear and carry was denied for what was a name conflict with my father. I knew I was qualified and should be legally able to obtain my permit even though I was originally denied by the Maryland State Police. Mr. Hershon got my denial overturned and APPROVED quickly and effortlessly for me on my behalf. I didn’t have to speak to ANYONE besides Mr. Hershon and his staff to have this resolved. Talk about peace of mind! I value my time and my quality of life. There’s no reason to stress out over getting this resolved by your self, let Mr. Hershon handle all of that. I’m glad I did!
