I was referred to Mr. E. Koslow after I had exhausted all possibilities of finding a highly recommended divorce attorney who could fit my budget and take my case. My first phone call, the subsequent meeting and retainment of Evan made me feel confident that my divorce was going to be handled by a lawyer who listened carefully and understood all elements of my case despite it's complication. Mine was an international divorce case. Evan clearly explained to me all of the steps needed to be taken in the process, one aspect being the defendant was living out of the country. Evan made sure I understood the process and informed me immediately whenever there was an issue that needed immediate attention or any further information the he needed from me. One thing I found out about Evan is that he will not communicate with you without a clear reason for doing so and thereby keeping the costs for the client down. Unfortunately as we were waiting for some information from the defendant, we found out that he had counterfiled and after studying the pros and cons of the case, I decided to take the alternative route. Evan did not discourage me but instead told me what to expect and emphasized on the things that were important for me now as a defendant. I was impressed that he was a capable divorce lawyer for both the defendant and plaintiff. My case is still ongoing but the education and information that I acquired during my discussions with Evan is now helping me immensely and I am very hopeful that the outcome is going to be positive for me now as a defendant. I continue to communicate with Mr. Koslow and I am keeping him updated of the case thus far.
