I would not trust the opinion of someone willing too lie point blank too someone over clear questions. This lawyer completely mis represented the law and the description as he made a deal. As said in his response I did not use his services. Of course his client was happy too agree too the protective order after the motion too have it thrown out was denied. I do appliance repair and had a motion denied by someone who passed the bar. The protective order was agreed too. Notice not one time does he claim did not lie in the response? Find a real lawyer not Mr. Macmullan.
