I was referred to John Oliveri for HOA issues. I had an appointment the same day I contacted him. He was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. All questions were answered, and advice was given. Excellent Law Firm and I will be using them in the future.

We (HOA Bored 3 members) consulted with John Oliveri with getting a better understanding of our HOA by- laws and few other administrative matters. We had an outstanding experience with Oliveri & Larsen. We consulted Tim Larsen to help up with a real estate problem. We purchased a new construction home and the builder's was not performing to standard. Mr. Lawsen helped us with getting the builder to make repairs that were required under the warranty. He was very responsive and considerate of our needs. Our second request for counsel was for a personal real estate situation that arose from the death of our son. Mr. Larsen quickly responded to us and arranged for us to meet Thomas J. Newton, Esquire Associate. He was prepared with the facts, and gave us guidance that was professional and compassionate. Homeowners Associations, You DO have rights Mr. Oliveri supported me against my condo HOA Board of Directors. I believed they held all the power. I was anxious, worried, completely overwhelmed and feeling helpless. Then through my desperation, I found Mr. Oliveri by using google. I called his office and I was transferred to him right away. He was very informative, kind and patient. He helped me dictate an informative letter with a polite request of what we wanted. This morning (the next day) I heard from the HOA , and they did everything we asked! It is highly unlikely we will have to contact the HOA again regarding the issues, but if the issues continue in the future, I will contact Mr. Oliveri right away. Call Oliveri & Larsen Law! They’re worth it!

Our initial meeting with Tom Newton not only met, but exceeded our expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable about condominium law and went above and beyond in explaining the nuances of the more complex situations. We left with a much better understanding of our rights as homeowners as well as how best to address problems and what we perceived as malfeasance on the part of the directors.
