This is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever experienced. I first called in to get information in regards to paying an account. The lady named Michelle, was extremely rude and refused to give me her position title so that I could report it to higher management. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and instantly got the person she stated wasn’t available. After I finally spoke with higher management, he completely dismissed my concerns. Frustrated, I knew he didn’t care so I proceeded with why I called in the first place. I asked Tim, to email me the account information to pay a bill. He belabored sending me an email, which would’ve took him 2 minutes of his time. This was because it was the end of the month and he was trying to incur more fees by delaying the information to the next month. He was also very rude, and I recommend avoiding this unprofessional law firm at all cost!

We worked with Tom and he was an absolute professional and seemed more knowledgeable than some of the people I talked with at other firms. Thanks for the great work Oliveri & Larsen!
