Initial intake they said you only talk to a lawyer if you have a case. I requested the lowest option for a consultation and waited. They called back saying a lawyer wanted to speak to me which meant to me we had a case. Instead of the lowest price tier lawyer only the highest was available. Around about the 50 minute mark lawyer tells me we have no case, and that he just needed information. I feel swindled. Why not just ask for more information before the meeting with the lawyer?

Reuben is very professional, competent, a great communicator, kind, and understanding. He made me feel heard and understood.
