I bought my 1st new Mercedes Benz from David in 1985. A new Black 300SD from Benson Motor Cars. A very memorable experience. But, becoming a Lawyer was his 'Destiny'!

I've had the honor to work with him on maultiple of my traffic cases and accidents. He always gets me out of any situation! Wouldn't recommend anyone else! He even took the time to goto local DMV to obtain my driving record and paid for it himself with no charge to me. Need I say more?

Worth every penny lawyer worked with me on three easy payments and got my charges against me dropped

He was sent at the last minute by the firm I had originally met with--Murname and O'Neill. He was late--didn't show up until court began--and did not even introduce himself to me or consult with me about my case before the hearing. When I called him on being late, he was arrogant and condescending toward me at all turns. When I told him I did not want him to represent me, he told me that since "everyone" in the Queen Anne's County District Court knew him the judge would probably give me a harsher penalty so I should not try to fire him that minute. All charges were dismissed and I had to pay a fine, which was acceptable, but this outcome was not because of any work he did. He merely accepted the offer given to him by state's counsel. He did not even stay long enough to explain the paperwork that I was given by the bailiff; I read it and took care of it myself.

He seemed absentminded and preoccupied with everything but my case. Don't recommend him at all. My case was not dismissed and I had to pay his fees along with penalties. Traffic court is the easiest court too. Other reviews on this site recommend him. I recommend he get a new job.

As soon as I was accused of driving with no insurance, I called my friend to ask him who his lawyer was. I heard he worked miracles, and that's exactly what I got with David. He was aware of the laws pertaining to my case, and the states presentation of evidence. David called a meeting with the judge and the states attorney, discussed some evidentiary issues with the states documents, and even pointed out to another well known attorney that he had the same issue with his case. after the meeting at the bench, the state dismissed all charges in my case, and this other persons! Couldn't ask for more!

David Ashley is one of the best lawyers in MD. I was found not guilty on over 9 charges. It was not mere negotiation or luck of no show police officer. We had a 45 minute trial. At Motion for Judgement of acquittal a number (10) of charges were dismissed. At Guilt/Innocent phase all the remaining charges I was found NOT Guilty. The Judge apologetically explained to the officer that while many of my legal arguments were very technical, that is what happens when you have a Very Knowledgable Attorney. The police officer asked the judge numerous times how "In the future he could avoid this?"

David has represented me for many cases where I needed lawyering and the results of his entire performance as whole are always phenomenal. David never let anything interrupt him from his work and in many instances he devoted an entire day just for my court dates that required long-distance travel. David has protected my life from injustice which is impossible to price and he is highly respected in the courtroom.

I am pleased to write a review for attorney David Ashley. I hired Mr. Ashely to represent me in a matter for which I was very nervous. Mr. Ashley took time to explain his tactics - he explained what was going to happen, why it would happen, and what our plan was. I could not have been happier with the positive outcome.

I cannot be happier with the results David has produced as my attorney. Extremely professional, efficient, and effective at what he does. I had two court cases for traffic violations, one in Baltimore (3 tickets) and one in Glen Burnie (9 tickets). The result of both cases was a dismissal. David makes going to court very hassle free and offers the peace of mind one needs. He actually cares about your problems and will work with you towards the solution. I highly recommend David as an attorney, you wont regret it.

This attorney was recommended to me by another attorney. I heard nothing but great things about the other attorney. I expected Mr. Ashley to be as effective as the attorney who recommended him. It was not so. I not only had to pay multiple fines for speeding tickets but fell short of owing the county and attorney money.
