Attorney Mellin was VERY helpful, his fee was more than reasonable. He knew most of his "stuff" by wrote and didn't pretend ignorance so that he could charge me for "research"! Fee was very fair, even gracious. Similarly, his associate Mr.Brown, was very understanding. I parked right in front of his office the first few times and then less than a block away in city garage. They did as much as they could for me and certainly educated me to reality.

Dan is very thorough and methodical. He makes sure all of your bases are covered. He is also very personable and active in the community. He is definitely some one you would want to consult when making when making business decisions.
