Understaffed and unable to handle all client needs
“Under staffed. So many residents of Baltimore in need. Although you have a few staff members who really care. It's not enough staffing to help us all.”

“The Lawyer has been out sick and he has his secretary handling the cases. She's very rude when you call and has an attitude as if we are not paying a third in Lawyer fees even while the Lawyer is out sick.”
