Jan Berlage is by far the most intelligent attorney I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is extraordinary in professionalism, courtesy, integrity, straight forward, and always has the voice of reason. At one point, I believed I knew the best solution in my case, and was very promptly advised I needed to more thoroughly evaluate my situation. So after much due diligence, I understood hiring Jan was the best decision of all. All I can say is, I am so thankful for the advice that day, because he was right. Staff are super rude and unprofessional!! Laugh in your face. They truly don’t want to do the work. You as the client do everything and your concerns or feelings go unnoticed. Jeffrey Miller is not who you will speak to either. You only speak to his assistants and they DO NOT like going above & beyond. Nasty attitudes, smart remarks. And constantly talking about a check! Do your JOB first and worry less about a check. Respect your clients and do BETTER. Bless this office.

Jeff does not run his office, instead Donna the husky voice phone bully does. She will allow Jeff to sign you up with him, then she takes over and you will never speak to your so called Lawyer again. Horrible, rude. He should retire, he obviously doesn't want to work but wants the check

Miller is all about the money no good u will be better off defense yourself
