Understaffed and unable to handle all cases

“Under staffed. So many residents of Baltimore in need. Although you have a few staff members who really care. It's not enough staffing to help us all.”

Poor customer service and communication

“Working with this law firm has been the worst experience ever! The Lawyer has been out sick and he has his secretary handling the cases. She's very rude when you call and has an attitude as if we are not paying a third in Lawyer fees even while the Lawyer is out sick.”
