This was my 2nd DUI and was given 2 weekends in Jail time, 2 years probation and other penalties with the initial judge, Mr. Kurt moved things around with different judges multiple times and got me only 18 months DDMP and 1 year suspended sentence. I was charge with a crime that I did not commit and I was terrified because I was looking do good number of years in jail if I was convicted. I seen 4 other lawyer before contacting Mr.Kurt and honestly after each consult I was even more terrified. My husband and I live pay check by pay check and the amount to lawyers was asking was no way on earth we would have been able to pay.
