Thank you Mr.Kafka! I am so thankful for Mr.Kafkas diligent work on my case. He informed me about the process of my case very thoroughly, so I knew what to expect and not to expect, as well as possible outcomes of the case and then worked very hard to get the best outcome and that is exactly what he did. Shimon Kafka handled my criminal case precisely and thoroughly. He made sure I understood every aspect of my case and worked with me through the ups and downs of the court system. He helped us with a case for a family member. Shimon is not only a great attorney, but a genuinely nice person. My daughter was caught up in a face-slashing case, total nonsense. Shimon sat us down, talked with us about the facts and did his own investigation. He explained the legal procedure in plain English and is sympathetic to you as a person. Shimon led us through a jury trial and the jury came back in 15 minutes with a not guilty for my daughter. She was able to keep her record clean for her job. I would use him again and again, but hopefully we won't need to!

I'll never forget the speedy and competent services Mr. Kafka provided me. Mr. Kafka was able to expunge my record for a DUI I received in college. This record could have hampered my career as a young professional, however with Mr, Kafka's expertise and services I was able to enter the work force without that obstacle.
