Ms. Charlotte Sherman is beyond anything sensitive and responsive to the needs of her clients. She is supremely intelligent and wise. Above everything else, she is understanding in her dealing with individuals. she is kind and able to understand the needs of the person that she is dealing with. I cannot say enough good things about her.
