Poor communication, poor service. Still waiting for results from my auto accident happened over a year ago. Will never use this lawyer office again.

Singleton Mathews promptly met with me to discuss my case. Was very positive that we would win and charges dropped. Offered a reasonable payment plan. My case consisted of two trials in which he was able to get both trials moved up in date through all of the Covid-19 cancellations. I did find myself completing legal paperwork on my own (expungement forms etc.) which I was clueless as to what I was doing. I felt like I was left to take care of paperwork and to understand legal jargon on my own. It appeared that after full payment was made and cases over, it was hard to get in contact with Mr. Mathews. After not responding to several of my text messages asking for help to complete paperwork that was sent back to me from the court system ( forms that I filled out were missing attachments needed; again not knowing myself because i'm not a lawyer) I stopped texting him. ( texting is the mode of communication he told me he uses) My two cases have been dismissed. One of the cases has been expunged, but still trying to get the other case expunged. Hopefully, after completing what i believe to be all the paperwork needed for case, it will be totally done. The whole experience was a big inconvenience. I was somewhat satisfied with the legal services but for that amount I paid Mr. Mathews, I would have expected more professionalism at the end of my service and making sure the whole case was completely finalized (ended). Plus a follow up with the client to review services.

My son was facing charges that left him in volating is pobation.I hired Mr.Singleton to represent him Afer going back in forth to court Mr.Sington was honest what could happen and why he had to take the case in a different courthouse to prevent convictions therefore it will not violate him.I thought ,oh no more money.Mr.Singleton was aforable and work with you financial,after holding my end up with payments,Mr.Singleton work hard to prevent the conviction and he was success by doing so which stop the volation of probation My son left court with completing his probation and no conviction.Thanks for your hard work and Congrats winning my son case.
