Doesn't call back

Avery by far was the worst lawyer I've every come in contact with. I paid them a $5000 retainer to assist me with my landlord of my restaurant that completely ripped out all the electrical and left it all exposed. Literally years went by and nothing happened. Then she returned my money. If that's what your looking for in a lawyer. They're your guys. I expect she was working with my landlord because he is a lawyer too.

Although I got there earlier due to mix up in appointment time. Still I had a very short wait. I have to say, the chairs made it just as convenient.

As a person she is a kind, caring, funny, empathetic, delicate, honest, professional, extremely responsive and knows what to do and more importantly when to do it. She is tactical and she understands factors beyond just the case itself of how those factors could play into the case. We cannot say enough positive things about Monica and how she has helped our family through some exceedingly difficult situations. She is extremely wise in understanding how clients’ emotions can play into their decisions and provides her time to allow you to process the feelings – while yet, saying “why don’t we let this set a few days and let’s come back and see if you still want to pursue.” Again, wise in her full understanding of the entire process which is beyond just legal skills, but her personal skills and connection going through “with you,” vs just “for you” is what sets her apart. We will close by saying, once you have worked with Monica regardless of the outcome in your favor or not, you will find yourself missing what you found as a friend when the case is over as she really does become part of your family going through a nasty and often heartbreaking case. Called these people regarding my beloved slanderer and her alleged cyber criminal helper and they didn't want to help either. More indirect proof she's already being prosecuted or they may be retaliating because I'm persona non grata for not defrauding gm by lying about payoff amounts in lemon law cases. It's difficult in this society to do the right thing. But not nearly as difficult as trying to deal with a confidential federal case being conducted online in front of the world.
