I don’t have a case with them, but I wanted Mr Miller to know how much I appreciate his thorough and timely updates relative to 3M. My husband has an attorney in NC, but I keep abreast of the case progression through this comprehensive website. The staff at Miller and Zois is so polite and professional. The staff kept in contact with me throughout my whole case, constantly sending updates and answering any questions I had . They really took care of everything for me . I’m very glad I chose them .

Attorney Miller is unprofessional. I’ve been remiss to write this review. In fact his actions were nearly criminal, and if reported to the Maryland Bar Association, would have been room for possible sanction. He failed to reply and cooperate with my insurance carrier regarding an accident where I was pushed into a oak tree by a unlicensed “hack” better known as a illegal cab. Given the nature of my injuries, I could not track his every move regarding this case and he used this as a opportunity to drag his feet, and not show up to the most important part of the case, the actual court date! My insurance company was upset, the judge was upset and the other side was confused as it gave them a advantage they otherwise would not have had, being that they were at fault, and their driver was cited even. He left me defenseless, out in the cold. When I called his office I was told he forgot and was on his way. The courts attempted to wait for him to arrive. Finally, he called and said he wouldn’t be coming, and didn’t state a reason. This is and was unacceptable! I will never forget how this was handled. I will never forget your name or how you treated me in my time of need. Everyone has a time of need, and yours is coming sir. I just hope the people you will lean on will be kinder to you, than you were to me.

I called this firm yesterday, November 2, 2021. The attorney who answered the phone was not only rude, but made me feel stupid for calling. I was inquiring about an issue, that was related to a claim, and some questions I wanted answered. He immediately dug in, and in a very irritated way said: We don't handle that!. I then asked if he knew of a firm that does, and just as annoyed said: No! I don't know of one. In response I said: Thanks for so being helpful ,and hung up. This may seem very trivial to post. However, it's the small things that end up making the difference. Especially when you find yourself in a position of hiring an attorney, no matter what the reason is. You definitely do not want to deal with someone who is unprofessional, and/or rude.

I was badly hurt in a car accident in Baltimore City.  My accident ended a 30 year career as an National Division 1 Sports Official in three sports. I will have pain for the rest of my life plus loosing a career I loved. If you are frustrated and lost and want someone on your behalf, use Miller and Zois. I tried to navigate settlements on my own and spend at least 40 hours logging things, calling people, researching, crying.... all of it and I just couldn't no more because the insurance company still did not want to give me any respect and it was taking a toll on my well being and time to go through this. I picked Miller and Zois because out of 20 or so lawyer websites I went to looking for guidance on handling a case on my own, they had lots of helpful information and did not hide it behind a "hire us and we will tell you," like all the others did and I respect that. They were kind, fast, always responded in a day, and took care of business. I was so free of my stress. I am very happy with how they handled my case and protected me from being used.
